The book is not just for children with Asperger’s Syndrome, they are also for their friends and family. It covers friendship, school and the difficulties a child with Asperger’s faces, with a positive approach which helps readers to understand the disorder. Rainbow School A-Z of Autism Colouring Book By Author Julie Day – Book Review

I have a young friend diagnosed with Autism and thought I had a reasonable grasp on the challenges \ \ she faces on a daily basis. This book has shown that, however well intentioned, I am actually rather ill-informed. Each letter of the alphabet is used, by page, to highlight aspects of autistic perception, behaviour, and preferences. I learned a lot.
An invaluable addition to any school library, even after sundry children have coloured the custom-provided pages. A great way to share with all pupils the trials faced by their autistic classmates and the many ways they may be able to help make life easier.
A well-produced book, clear and concise, that allows the reader to participate in colouring the illustrations too. Recommended. I award 4 stars.
